Our notarization pricing is simple and transparent. The first document you have notarized is $50, and any additional documents are just $20 each, GST and PST included. If a document requires multiple signatures from the notary, the fee is calculated based on the total number of signatures needed. Please note that some documents, especially court documents, may include exhibits. Each exhibit requires its own notarization and will be counted as a separate document for pricing purposes.

Note: We do not notarize family law documents, including marriage contracts, separation agreements, or co-habitation agreements. Additionally, we do not provide certified true copy services for wills, powers of attorney, or representation agreements that were not drafted by our office.
