Jerome Tsang was born in the vibrant city of Hong Kong and has called it home until he completed his primary school education there. At the age of 12, he moved to the picturesque city of Vancouver with his family and attended elementary and high school in Richmond.
Jerome developed a genuine interest in science, especially in biology, and spent four years in the Faculty of Science at UBC and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Before he could put his Biology major knowledge to use, Jerome was eager to expand his knowledge in the world of business. He spent the next 5 years completing a degree in Master of Business Administration and obtaining the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP©), while working full time. Jerome has spent 10 successful years in the financial industry, consistently delivering sound advice and excellent customer service to his clients. Throughout his career, he has built strong, lasting relationships with many of the people he’s worked with, connections that continue to this day. However, seeking new growth opportunities, Jerome pursued his next challenge. He was drawn to a career that is both fulfilling and respected within the community, where he could also utilize his entrepreneurial skills. Becoming a BC Notary fit that vision perfectly. In 2017, after completing a rigorous study program, Jerome was commissioned as a BC Notary. |

Lucy (Yun Jin) Kim was born in the energetic city of Seoul, South Korea. At the age of 6, she moved with her family to Canada and began her education in beautiful British Columbia.
With a naturally caring and empathetic disposition, Lucy pursued a degree in developmental psychology at UBC. After graduating, she channeled her passion into becoming a behavioral consultant. While this role was deeply fulfilling, Lucy sought to broaden her financial expertise and transitioned to a position at TD Bank. There, she gained valuable experience in the finance industry, serving the public with thoughtful advice and a customer-focused approach. A visionary at heart, Lucy decided to pursue new and exciting opportunities in notarial practices. After completing her notarial education, she was commissioned as a BC Notary in 2024 and is eager to make meaningful contributions to the community in her role as a BC Notary Public. |
